At Jumpsquare/You Jump Rijswijk (Lange Kleiweg 1-E) stands one X-Cube: a 4x4 meter 'escape cube' packed with technical gadgets, light and sound effects, interactive controllers and a mega-touchscreen. You don't escape from a room here, but play screen-driven adventures from the franchise menu: from the whodunit Murder at the Mansion and the social-deduction game The Traitors to children's missions like Agent 8008 and Spy Training Kids. The software runs everything automatically โ park staff only starts the game โ and curiously, booking is only possible by phone. The cube rides on the trampoline park's audience and targets children's parties and family outings; the escape room community barely registers it: escapetalk lists the location without a score and escaperoomsnederland has too few reviews. Fun as a digital interlude while jumping, but not a destination for puzzle enthusiasts.
