About this venue
The X-Cube at You Jump / Jump XL Spijkenisse (Einsteinweg 6) is a franchised 'escape cube': one high-tech room of 4x4 meters in the trampoline park, packed with a mega-touchscreen, interactive controllers and light and sound effects. In the same cube runs a rotating catalog of fully digital games, from the challenging whodunit Murder at the Mansion (14+) to De Verraders, Spytraining and child variants like Agent 8008. There is no game master and no physical searching: it's more interactive gaming than a classic escape room, aimed at families, children's parties and team outings alongside jumping. Reviews from escape room enthusiasts are virtually non-existent — escapetalk and escaperoomsnederland show no score — so if you're looking for an immersive escape room, look elsewhere; as a low-threshold add-on to the park (from €9.50 p.p. for 30 minutes) it does its job.
