Untold Stories Experiences in Voorburg (formerly Down the Hatch) runs one world-class room: Molly's Game, a 90-minute, story-driven experience in a realistically recreated doctor's surgery from 19 November 1971. A mysterious voice named Molly guides players through an emotionally heavy story — domestic violence, child abuse and suicide are handled seriously, hence the 16+ age limit. The puzzles are deliberately simple and serve as choreography for the story; after finishing, the gamemaster takes the team back through the truth in a debrief that reviewers call a highlight. With a 9.8 on escapetalk (Top #2 in the Netherlands, over a thousand reviews), TERPECA ratings from 2021 to 2024 and a Golden Lock Award 2024, this is considered one of the very best escape experiences in the country. Criticism is rare: seasoned players sometimes find the puzzles too easy and the closing quiz a bit schoolmasterly.
