About this venue
Escaperoom Zevenhuizen is a small two-room venue on a business park at the Noordeinde, open since November 2020. Currently you play 'The Gym 2.0' (arriving at the wrong gym at the wrong time) and the new 'The Cursed Cinema', which replaced the Cold War room in April. These are classic padlock rooms with camera guidance and well-timed hints; the strong, original openings of the games are the venue's trademark. On Escapetalk it scores 7.3, with service (8.4) clearly standing out: the friendly welcome buys forgiveness for what some visitors experience as bare decor and the lack of music or sound. Nice for the region and for those who love classic puzzling, but atmosphere-seekers find it fade after a strong opening act.
