About this venue
VR Escape Julianahoeve is the VR escape station at Camping & Beachresort Julianahoeve in Renesse, one of Zeeland's largest holiday parks. There is no physical set: you play licensed titles from the Ubisoft/ARVI catalogue, such as Escape The Lost Pyramid (Assassin's Creed, Sinai 1928), Chernobyl, Save Notre-Dame on Fire and Alice in Wonderland — cooperative adventures of around 60 minutes for 2-4 players (13+), where players are often virtually separated and must help each other by talking. It is deliberately a campground facility rather than a destination venue: over the years only three escapetalk reviews appeared, but those are a solid 8.3 and praise the immersion and visuals. Fine VR entertainment if you're already at the park (or in Renesse), but don't expect unique content — the same software runs at hundreds of locations worldwide.
