About this venue
Experience Center Baarn (Oud-Eemnesserweg) is the successor to the acclaimed Escape Room Junkie by the same creators and runs one actor-driven experience: Corpse Inc. II, an abandoned mortuary that in the fiction was evacuated in June 2025 after police found an illegal cocaine operation there. As an urbex crew, you explore dark corridors and forgotten spaces under the guidance of an 'experienced urbex instructor', while live actors move through the building and react to what you do — continuous tension without a pause button. Reviews are enthusiastic (9.8 on escaperoomers.com; 'I screamed, crawled, and trembled — but what fun I had'), with perfect scores for theme, atmosphere, and décor; the puzzles are good but clearly secondary to the experience. Premium group price (~€139-149) and not for easily frightened players.
