Escape Room Junkie in Baarn ran one actor-driven room: Corpse Inc., a dark-comedy mortuary heist where your team is hired to smuggle the remains of a specific person out of a mortuary while a guard (live actor) patrols. Every player received their own role woven directly into the puzzles and story beats, and the guard forced you to sneak, lie, and improvise — exactly the interaction international reviewers praised most. The room won a TERPECA award in 2022 and received 5/5 from Escape the Review; bloggers called it the best room of their entire trip. There was criticism too: reviewers found the purely logical puzzles to be the weakest part. The venue closed around 2025 — the brutal staffing costs of an actor per session are the suspected culprit — though 'Corpse Inc. 2' has since appeared at Experience Center Baarn.
