Escape Rooms Tubbergen, housed at Soccer Inside on Pastoor Bloemenstraat, is currently closed: the own website states that reservations are not possible, without a reopening date. The flagship was De Boerenopstand, where you landed in the middle of Tubbergen's real 1971 farmers' revolt — reviewers praised the detailed, historically researched decoration. There were also two mirrored Chinatown rooms (Yin & Yang) where two teams could race through the same room simultaneously, and De Kermis, where you wake up in a mysterious room after a night at the fair. Puzzles were called surprising and challenging, though visitors complained about worn props and a faulty automatic unlock — maintenance issues that in hindsight foreshadowed the closure.
