About this venue
Tulpenmaffia is not a classical escape room but an outdoor escape game of around two hours, played across the entire adventure park Land van Fluwel in Sint Maartenszee (former tulip experience park). A brand new black tulip has been bred and teams search through the park for the best bid on it, while avoiding mafia practices and fraud; the winner is not who is fastest, but who closes the best deal during the final auction. All assignments are voice-guided, you receive a bag of materials and use the park's surroundings to solve the tasks. It is decidedly a group outing (8-50 people, from age 15, approximately €125 for 10 people) and sells on the strength of the park, not on enthusiast escape room audiences. No separate player reviews are available; the host park Land van Fluwel itself scores well as a family day out.
