Escaperoom Overloon has been part of outdoor activities company Outdoor Overloon since April 2023 and offers three rooms for different levels. The Bunker (difficulty 4/5) is set on the night of October 14, 1944, the Battle of Overloon that was fought literally next to the location: as Dutch prisoners in a German bunker you seize your chance when the guards are called away to the nighttime battle. The Abandoned Hunting Hut (3/5) takes you to a ghostly forest house where you're invited to investigate the hunter's disappearance, with dust, hunting trophies and a few scares. Sugar & Sweets (2/5) is a candy shop entry room. Visitors praise the value for money, friendly hosts and puzzle flow ('nice simple old-fashioned puzzling'), but complain about thin atmosphere, sound leakage from reception and puzzles that sometimes don't fit the story. Especially The Hunting Hut is praised ('a hidden gem').
