Escape Room Boxtel was a single-room escape room that ran from December 2015 to September 2018. The only room, 'Jaws', was openly borrowed from the 1975 film: a great white shark is trapped in the escape room and you must free it and escape yourself within 60 minutes. It was deliberately a fun, low-threshold outing for beginners — lots of enjoyment, little tension. There is scarcely any public information: one enthusiastic review (10/10, 'super fun cool room with some tricky tasks') is basically all that remains. The room closed in 2018, probably because a single-room hobby venue without new content fell behind the professionalising market.
