Enversed is a large VR center on Strijp-S in Eindhoven, according to itself one of Europe's largest, with more than a dozen VR escape rooms. The 'rooms' here are not built sets but licensed VR titles you play with a headset, such as the popular 'Escape the Lost Pyramid' (Assassin's Creed / Egypt, 1928), 'Beyond Medusa's Gate' (ancient Greece) and 'Alice'. The strength lies in variety and spectacle โ ziplines, heights and impossible architecture that a physical room could never offer โ and the fact that you truly must collaborate because every player sees something different. Visitors call it a really fun experience with friendly staff who sometimes give extra playtime, but also report occasional hardware glitches (controllers) and find the puzzle depth less than physical rooms. On TripAdvisor the picture is mixed-positive.
