Culture Escape (pop-up)

's-Hertogenbosch Closed 1 room

About this venue

Culture Escape was a temporary pop-up escape experience by Basecamp Games from Den Bosch, which ran for only six days in April 2017 at Zuid-Willemsvaart 215. The production 'Bionaea' was a 2-hour theatrical 'real-life game' for 4 to 16 players infiltrating a fictional biotech factory that claims to produce '100% meat with 0% animal suffering' β€” then you discover what's really going on. With professional actors, music, dΓ©cor, and puzzles, you felt like the main character in your own film. Because it only ran six days, there are no reviews or scores; the location is now closed. The Basecamp Games concept (mobile pop-ups at heritage locations, designed around local history) did return afterward, indicating the theatrical model worked as an event.
