3/3 Labs was an escape room built by the owners themselves in a modern office building in Sint-Oedenrode (with bar and spacious lounge), now permanently closed. The only room, the Brabant Room, was sold as 'a typically Brabant escape room': set on an abandoned industrial estate, you had to find a hidden room and escape before you were caught, but the real hook was regional identity—Brabant dialect, coziness and local jokes instead of a genre premise. There were no actors; hosts gave an enthusiastic verbal briefing that carried much of the experience. The room scored high (escapetalk 8.9 out of 43 reviews, with service 9.2) and was praised for hospitality, cohesive atmosphere and varied puzzles. Notes of caution: toward the end, visitors reported worn or broken props, and even fans found there were no real wow-moments. A public reason for closure has not been found.
