Landal Coldenhove is a holiday park on the Veluwe near Eerbeek that had its own escape room from April 2018 to around September 2020: 'Project: Boom'. The premise — a distinctive house that was long the talk of the village, yet nobody knew who lived there or what was happening inside — is a domestic mystery rather than the usual prison or laboratory theme. The two escapetalk reviews gave unusually high scores (9.0 average: atmosphere 10, puzzles 9.5, service 10), pointing to a lovingly built room, but with only two ratings that is anecdote, not statistics. The room closed within two-and-a-half years — likely due to COVID plus Landal's transition to Roompot. The park itself still operates and later offered a ready-made escape game ('Seconds 2 Survive'). Almost no public information about the original room has survived.
