About this venue
Fundustry Harderwijk (at beach Horst in Ermelo) is primarily a multi-activity park with paintball, airsoft, BBQ and group outings, where until recently two physical escape rooms were also housed. In Expedition Boat Escape you worked your way through connected ship spaces to escape your troubled boat, and in Survival Island you washed up on an uninhabited island after a shipwreck and had to survive and escape. Both rooms scored low: reviewers complained about deferred maintenance, worn props, chaotic reception without working lockers, and especially noise pollution from the paintball below that ruined the atmosphere. The physical escape rooms have since disappeared from the offering — the site no longer mentions any escape rooms at this location, only two location-independent VR escape games — while the paintball and multi-activity park itself remains open.
