Escaperoom Fryslan

Aldeboarn (Luinjeberd area) Closed 2 rooms

About this venue

Escaperoom Fryslan was a small village operation in Aldeboarn/Luinjeberd near Heerenveen with two rooms, and has been closed since at latest 2019. The most striking room was 'Overval Crackstate 3 September 1944', based on a true resistance operation: the Frisian underground liberated two resistance fighters โ€” Barteld Cloo and Andreas Antolius Heins โ€” from Crackstate prison in Heerenveen that day, and players reenacted the raid. There was also the 'Paranoia Room', a dark family mystery surrounding the girl Anna Maria Lijnslager in a mansion from 1890. Despite strong premises, the venue never registered with the enthusiast community: both rooms stood at zero reviews when they disappeared from escapetalk. A website or closure statement is nowhere to be found.
