Just Escape on the Edvard Munchweg in Almere is a hospitality-focused group venue (also pub quiz, cocktail workshops and high tea) with two very different escape rooms. Ten Colours (2023) is deliberately without story: ten doors, ten colours, ten increasingly difficult puzzles, where the goal is not to escape but to get as far as possible — the concept will close on 1 September 2026 to be rebuilt as Ten Colours 2.0. Colours of Art (2024) is a narrative art gallery room where the host stays in character from the door and fantasy and reality blur. Visitors give the venue a 9.0 on escapetalk (83 reviews) with an exceptional 9.7 for service: the finishing, the enthusiasm of the owners and the debrief where the whole story is gone through are repeatedly mentioned. One caveat: Ten Colours lacks story and light or sound effects, a deliberate choice that does lower the atmosphere score.
