Teahouse & Escaperoom Drenthe combines a working farm with tea room and two escape rooms in Wittelte, Drenthe, run by Harm and Emma since 2016. In 'The Barn' you step into the shoes of young farmer Harm and must prove you're clever enough to run the inherited farm (escape rate 60%); in 'Shakespeare' (opened around 2021) each player gets their own task to keep the theater performance of Diever running. The approach is deliberately classical — locks and physical props instead of electronics — but hospitality is the real mechanism: coffee, tea and homemade cake frame every booking.
